For the past 11 years, Randy Ball has been a dedicated member of the Riceland team, holding several positions throughout his career. He says he loves what he does and appreciates the great leaders he gets to work with. Randy enjoys every aspect of his work—from the plant to the process—and especially the people.
One thing Randy values most about his time at Riceland is the opportunity for personal and professional growth. “If you come to work and do your job, there are plenty of opportunities to grow,” he says. Starting out as a truck driver, Randy has worked his way up through the ranks—from prep operator to his current role as Soy Process Manager in Stuttgart.
Randy takes great pride in his work and the progress he’s made training others in the Soy Division. “Whatever I do, it’s got my name on it,” he says. Randy and his team play a vital role in ensuring Riceland operates efficiently and effectively every day.
