Bradley Penn is an outstanding foreman at the Lonoke Grain Drier whose work ethic, leadership, and positive attitude set a high standard for everyone around him. Known for his willingness to teach others and his ability to remain upbeat in any situation—good or bad—Bradley consistently demonstrates what it means to Grow Good.

Bradley’s leadership was especially evident during the 2024 harvest. When one of the newest seasonal employees struggled to understand grain movement, Bradley didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing to help. He spent 15 minutes walking the young man through the process, and within two days, thanks to Bradley’s patience and guidance, the employee fully understood his responsibilities and could confidently run the unit. This kind of mentorship not only benefits individual employees but strengthens the entire team.

Coworkers and managers describe him as a hard worker whose positivity and knowledge make him a key asset to the Lonoke facility. Bradley’s constant smile and caring compassion leave a lasting impact on everyone he encounters—whether he’s leading his team at work, chatting with farmers at a local gas station, or supporting his daughter on the fast-pitch softball field.
